The marshalling station is the core position of the whole railway Terminal, it is the main grass-root production unit of transportation production operation. Marshalling station operation automatic implementation is mainly by a safe, orderly and efficient production operation as its main target, as the disassembly and organization of freight train for the main production content; the marshalling station scheduling and adjustment, assignments automatic implementation and operation process with the automatic control for a whole, to realize transportation production operation information sharing maximization, dispatching management and operation of the marshalling station fully automation. Realization of the marshalling station operation automatical execution can optimize the assignments process, in order to ensure that the marshalling station work is safe, task completion is efficient and. orderly, reduce the amount of artificial, reduce artificial operation influence on the operation process, improve the working efficiency of the marshalling station, strengthen the operation ability, to shorten the vehicle traffic flow time, improve the transport ability and the smooth general characteristic in the whole road net, to play a key role in completing the task of railway transportation.On the background of the marshalling station operation plan, this paper studies marshalling station technical operation to determine the implementation of operation of the various routes; Through set up the network topological structure of Ichnography Drawing of Stations, to search for job execution path and save it in static route table, combined with the actual situation to determine execution evolution can occupy the route of entry, and input route control table. With the total delay time and minimal total running time for target, optimization model is established for it, and according to the problems in the design of particle swarm optimization algorithm for optimal scheme. Finally design work automatically executes the route control program, to achieve the operation plan in the practical implementation of marshalling station.Firstly, the paper introduce the operation contents, assignment and path optimization choose row and assignment automatic implementation process are described. Firstly, it introduced the main technical operations content and control process, and analyzed station operation plan and the relationship. To set up the network topological structure of Ichnography Drawing of Stations, the detailed description the attribute information of the marshalling station assignments of equipment, and described the automatic computer work into road control program, and set the various assignments equipment variables. The paper described the properties and types, analyzed the search process, builded the roading search model,applicated the depth first search algorithm to search into the way and saved it in the approach of the table, formed static information table of the road into the marshalling station, to prepare path choose row. Besides static route information, we must master interlocking relationship between stations, the dynamic data into the way, build dynamic path control list, record the occupation of the road and related equipment.Secondly, the paper took the total delay minimum and occupancy time the shortest as its goal, set up the optimized selection mathematical model. According to the actual process of the station, constructed the objective function of the constraint condition, mainly considerated into relief hostile way, to avoid the conflict in operation time and space, the field lines occupation, and the relevant work time constraint conditions. Simplifing equivalent treatment into road model, considering the characteristics of the simplified treatment model, using a new particle swarm algorithm to solve the path selection problem. Through the example analysis, the using particle swarm optimization algorithm has good intelligence convergence, it can satisfy technology equipment and using requirements in the choice result. Through computer automatic arrangement work into the road control procedures to realize the implementation of work, complete the marshalling station to be automatic process. Analyzed work automatical performing process, to deal with the whole process of the automatic work monitored and operated the equipment in the state real-time, feedback the actual operation situation, in order to adjust work plan, executive optimal operation scheme.
