Marshalling station is the core of railway hub,as well as the activity place for the arrival,disassembly,marshalling,assembly and departure of freight trains.It plays a vital role in the railway freight transportation.The efficiency of marshalling station directly affects the transportation capacity of the whole railway network.Usually marshalling station dispatchers divide the day shift plan into phase plan,and the marshalling station work content is implemented according to the phase plan,which mainly includes three parts: flow distribution plan,machine adjustment application plan and arrival and departure line application plan.Among them,the distribution plan is closely related to the machine operation plan,while the arrival and departure line operation plan is relatively independent.Since the operation condition of the departure train is "full axle,on time and not in violation",the reasonable arrangement of the unmarshalling sequence of the arrival and departure train is crucial for the train to meet the operation condition.Whether the dispatcher's assignment of the unmarshalling and dispatching machine is reasonable or not affects the utilization efficiency and unmarshalling efficiency of the station equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance for marshalling yard operation to make reasonable flow distribution plan and assign the operation of the dispatcher.Based on the actual operation flow of marshalling station,this paper studies the comprehensive optimization of flow distribution plan and machine adjustment plan.In this paper,the content and flow of marshalling station operation plan are introduced,and the mechanism of flow distribution and the relationship between the flow distribution problem and the application of the machine are analyzed.An effective algorithm for solving combinatorial optimization problem is proposed.On the basis of analyzing the operation mechanism of one-way marshalling station,this paper gives priority to the theoretical research,comprehensively applies the theory of parallel machine scheduling problem,resource allocation problem and combinatorial mathematics,and studies the distribution problem and the application problem of modulator as a whole,and constructs the comprehensive optimization model.Firstly,the background and significance of the research on the flow distribution problem and the application of the mixer are analyzed,and the current research status of experts and scholars on this problem is expounded from the two aspects of the flow distributi on problem and the application of the mixer.The function,layout and operation flow of marshalling yard are summarized.The mechanism of flow distribution and the relationship between the flow distribution and the operation of the regulator are analyzed.Then the basic principle and operation flow of the standard genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms are analyzed.According to the problems in this paper,we stu dy and combining with the characteristics of two algorithms,particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm for discretization process,and to improve the inertia weight parameters,then the crossover and mutation in the genetic algorithm is introduced into the particle swarm algorithm,proposes an improved for solving combinatorial optimization problems hybrid discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm,increased the diversity of population,improve the global search ability of the algorithm,for solving the marshalling yards with flow and adjustable machine using comprehensive problem laid a solid foundation.Finally analyses one-way marshalling yards with flow plan and adjust machine use mechanism,combined with the parallel machine scheduling problem with resource allocation problem to build total in vehicle stop time to a minimum as the optimization goal of marshalling yards with flow and adjustable machine using the integrated optimization model,using hybrid genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model,and combined with actual example calculation analysis was carried out on the model.The research content of this paper includes the main content of marshalling station phase plan-the problem of flow distribution and the problem of machine operation.The comprehensive optimization study of the two problems,is the deep research in the theory of marshalling station stage plan with the flow,is helpful to guide the actual operation of marshalling station dispatcher,improve the operation efficiency of the marshalling station and equipment utilization,to speed up the vehicle turnover,shorten the vehicle stop time,the whole carriage of goods by rail network more efficient,and increase economic benefits.Therefore,a broad application prospect has provided by the research results of this paper.
