Along with power electronic devices, pulse width modulation, digital control technologydevelopment, the needs of energy saving and emission reduction for social economicdevelopment and the contradiction between power shortage and power waste, the problems ofpower energy utilization rate and renewable energy have been pay more and more attention.To use the power energy produced by braking and the power generated by renewable energy,this paper designs a three-phase power feedback device.Through the advantages and disadvantages analysis of the current power feedbackproducts, witch are at home and abroad, and combining with the requirement of market forpower feedback products, this paper put forward five performance requirements forthree-phase power feedback device, and the design of the three-phase power feedback deviceare mainly aimed at the five performance requirements. The design including: themathematical model study of vector control and hysteretic current control, the keytechnologies of SVPWM (Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) unipolarity modulation andhysteresis unipolarity modulation, LCL filter design, the grid voltage polarity judgmentdesign, the grid voltage sequence judgment design, the grid voltage phase detection designand the design for parallel use of power feedback device and diode rectifier equipment; Andalso, based on the object-oriented programming idea, the whole power feedback controlsystem simulation is split up into simulation model layer, function module structure layer andfunction module programming layer to research, and in TMS320F28035micro control unit,based on the object-oriented programming technology idea, the whole control softwaredevelopment is split up into hardware interface layer, function module layer, the user interfacelayer and the application layer to design. Finally, through experiment test and experimentwaveform analysis, proofed: all of the design for power feedback device are valid and feasible;The simulation Based on the object-oriented programming can service the softwareprogramming effectively, because they are matching eachother; The software developmentdesign based on the object-oriented programming technology can reduce the complexity ofsoftware development, improve the software portability, achieve the purpose of matchingsoftware control algorithm and control charts, and realize software algorithm expansion conveniently; Finally, the three-phase power feedback device operates steady and reliably.
