The Medium And Low Voltage Distirbution Network Planning During The12th Five Years In Jingan Town Of Doumen District

The planning and research work of power distribution network has always beenan important subject of electric power system,which purpose is to build a safe, highquality, efficient operation of the distribution network direction. This paper focusedon the research of medium and low voltage distribution network’s network structure，to determine the distribution network planning and construction of the principle ofcomplete backbone network structure design of the program，guide to establishspecific construction projects， in order to provide both maneuverability andforward-looking reference of power grid construction and retrofit for Jingan townDoumen district during “the12th five years planning”.This paper combined with themunicipal planning and recent development during “the12th five years planning” inDoumen district to choose,proofreading and fixed the electric load forecasting results.Based on grid planning regulations sets, relevant guides and technical principles, andcombining the characteristics of the present situation in the distribution network, workhard to solve the existing problems, to adapt to the load demand growth, for localeconomic development to provide the security, make a grid structure perfect, thepower supply reliability high, the economic modernization of environmentalprotection grid. Analysis and evaluation the medium and low voltage distributionnetwork of Jingan town, during “the12th five years planning”,predict the load andpower consumption,select the address and capacity of the substation,according to theplans and goals to complete design plans and implement reconstruction project of themedium and low voltage distribution network during “the12th five yearsplanning”.Finally,have an investment estimate and economic analysis to the powernetwork construction. In this paper, had made an in-depth the analysis and explorationof the medium and low voltage distribution network planning, has strong referencevalue to the distribution network in the next five years of construction and renovationin Jingan town.
