| With the rapid development of regional economy, the requirements on distribution network reliability are increasing. However, due to the problems such as the slow infrastructure construction of power distribution network, aging facilities, insufficient power supply capacity, unreasonable power network structure and poor power distribution reliability, it will seriously influences economic development. Therefore a scientific and reasonable planning for power distribution network has important application value. In this thesis, the power distribution network in Zhao’an County was systemetically investigated, and the 13 th Five-Year planning as well as design of rolling was performed. The contents of thesis are as follows:Firstly, 110 kV distribution network infrastructure running situation were analyzed through the way of data collection and field investigation. Comprehensive evaluation of Zhao’an distribution network was put forward from four aspects including supply situation, equipment level and distribution network structure while the existing problems were conclued.In addition, the growth trend of historical load and load characteristic were analyzed. Zhao’an power energy volume 2015-2020 is predicted by using per capita electricity consumption, electricity elasticity coefficient method, the linear regression method and grey system method. The predicted result of grey system method were used be the predicted result of the annual electricity consumption in Zhao’an country.Finally, the planning schemes for power distribution network at 110 kV and 35 kV were designed respectively. The capacity requirements during the planning years were calculated according to the guidelines for power distribution network design technology along with the balance of electric power and energy. Make the reasonable arrangement of projects according to the degree of urgency, to improve the reliability of power supply and contacted other lines by matching the substation outlet. The planning schemes for power distribution network at 10 kV and under were designed. The capacity requirements during the planning years were calculated according to the guidelines for power distribution network design technology and the balance of electric power and energy. Different modes of wiring were designed for Class C service area and Class D service area respectively to improve network frame. Substation power supply areas were sorted, and the scope of substation power supply was determined reasonably. Simultaneously, to satisfy the requirement of power supply and simplify the network, transit to a more segmented moderate contact power supply mode. In addition, the investment estimation and effect analysis of the planned project were discussed.The planning of this thesis has been reviewed through conference by Power Economics Technology Institute of Fujian Electric Power Company of State Grid Corporation of China. Once the planned projects are implemented as scheduled, the number of villages and towns covered by 110 kV and 35 kV transformer substations reach up to 15 by the end of 2016 within the service area of Zhao’an County. The coverage ratio is expected to reach 100%, and 110 kV capacity-load ratio is expected to increase from 1.38 in 2014 to 1.98 in 2020. |
