This thesis studies theMedium and Low-Voltage Distribution Networks planning, points out blueprints andproblems of the distribution system and indicates the pertinence way to solve the problems.First of all, this article analyzes the current situation of Medium and Low-VoltageDistribution Networks in Qianwu Town, Doumen District, describes the principle of that thepower system must be assorted with the social economic development and the upper-gradepower grid to satisfy the customer request as a guidance, pay attention to the far and neardemands and considering moderate advances，. Then after collecting information of automaticsystem, sales system, Scheduling system, analyze all the current weak part of the power grid,especially in huge consumption at Medium and Low-Voltage Distribution Networks,disqualification of the voltage, by analysis of calculating theory of line-loss. The loadforecasting theory is then introduced simply, according to the newly added load condition andhistorical load variation trend. Forecast the load of QianWu Town.At the end, the thesis introduces the process of how to build the Medium andLow-Voltage Distribution Networks Plans of QianWu town.Giving the planning suggestionsaccording to the past cost information of distribution network Construction，makes out theestimated budget of the Medium and Low-Voltage Distribution Networks Construction andreconstructions of QianWu town, DouMen District in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.
