With the rapid growth of the national economy,the people's demand for electricity is also rising.Energy conservation and loss reduction have been increasingly valued by companies and governments.With the continuous reform of the power system,the scale of China's power grids has gradually expanded,and the coverage of the power lines has increased.The line loss has also become increasingly serious.Transmission loss management is a complex and long-term work that will greatly affect the operating efficiency of power supply companies.Therefore,it is extremely important to strengthen the control and management of the line loss problem of the distribution network and improve the measures for reducing the loss.In the online loss management work,it is necessary to strengthen the analysis of the current line loss and propose corresponding solutions.Technical improvements should also be made.The transformation of the grid structure,the improvement of the circuit,and the introduction of new technologies can all help to reduce damage.This thesis makes a detailed analysis of the low-voltage lines in the distribution network of Jingan County.Ituses four kinds of theoretical line loss calculation methods: which are equivalent resistance method,RMS current method,power flow calculation method and voltage loss method.In this essay which briefly summarizes the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of several methods analyzesthe factors that affect the theoretical values of line loss.Under the situation of this county's economic development status;power consumption and line loss,the paper calculates itsdistribution network power loss,which specifics to the county's lines,public and private lines number.Therefor we can obtain the specifically several major problems in the distribution line of Jing'an County,which are the too length of some low-voltage trunks in the low-voltage area,the cross-sectional area of some of the wires does not conform to the specifications,electricity is stolen in some lines,and there are omissions in manual meter reading.The problems in the medium voltage area are mainly due to the fact that the wiring is too single and the total length ofsome lines is too long.After understanding the cause of the actual line loss in Jing'an County,it provides reasonable reference for formulating the damage reduction.In combination with the actual situation of Jing'an power grid,a loss reduction plan with technical loss reduction and management loss reduction are put forward according to the local conditions.According to the historical problems,we come up with the corresponding distribution network project modification plan,and study the power grid planning,voltage increasing.Besides,the project includes compensating reactive power and reducing the loss,and strengthening the management of leakage and power theft,and introducing advanced automation to make the transformer intelligent and other effective energy conservation and loss reduction measures.The loss reduction measures will be applied to the representative of the Baofeng Power Supply Research Institute.Based on the field measurement of the Baofeng Power Supply Institute,the damage reduction measures will be further improved so that the changed plan will be more reasonable,safe,and applicable.
