As an important ways of geotechnical engineering reinforcement,anchoring technique has a history of more than one hundred years.and it shows a more and more vitality in the field of rock and soil reinforcement. Especially in recent years,with the development of science and technology and continuous practice.all kinds of new products of anchorage have appeared,and these new anchors on their own to the unique characteristics are finding their survival and development space.The research object is a new type of anchor,the development of the patent is based on the existing defects of currently used cylinder mortar anchor, construction technology and abundant experiences on constructions. Since this new pattern hasn’t been widely applied,Its support ability and working mechanism haven’t been well appreciated.This paper will focus on introducing this new techniquThe paper will cover the following several parts:1. In this paper, a new type of anchor—squeezing soil anchor was put forward. Then the structure of the anchor rod,technical principles, basic technical parameters, key points of construction, technical characteristics are introduced in details.According to the characteristics of the squeezing soil anchor,the invention applies to the field of slope reinforcement,especially for the building foundation pit of the plastic-soft plastic soil slope reinforcement and soil dam reinforcement. And by comparing to the widespread use of the column mortar anchor, their advantages and disadvantages can be concluted.2. pull-out tests are conducted in a Construction site of Jing zhou.Through the pull-out tests,conclusions are get as following:①Through the analysis of p-s curve an Data, under the same condition of construction, the squeezing soil anchor compared to common cylinder anchor, pull-out force increased by28.5%.Under the same external loads,squeezing soil anchor gets a smaller displacement than ordinary anchor,When the retaining structures have displacement restrictions, It plays a good applicability.②Through the calculation of the test results, the size of resistance is2.1~2.6times to the standard suggested value. It shows that the values given in the present specification are too conservative.③Based on the characteristic curve of pull-out test, the failure process is divided into:elastic statu, elastic-plastic state, failure statu.
