With the development of economy, the living standard of people has been improved.The air-conditioners have been used more and more commonly because the better comfortindoor environment is pursued by people. When the air condition running in summer, thewater vapor of air condense into water film because of the temperature of evaporatesurface lower than the air dew point temperature, then the condensate water has condensedfor the heat and mass transfer between the air and water film. The temperature ofcondensate water is relatively low and the flow of that is much in the large wet loadenvironment. At present, the condensate water of decentralized is discharged disorderlywhich results in the waste of energy, pollution and destruction of exterior walls, affectingthe appearance of the building, inconvenience to residents’ lives. In the most central airconditioning system, the condensate water is transported in insulating pipe, and thendischarge centralizedly.With the implementation of energy conversation and dischargereduction, low carbon environmental protection policies, the improvement of people’sawareness of energy conservation, people have paid more and more attention to theresearch of recycling and utilization with the condensate water. In this thesis, the new waythat the room is cooled by using the residual cool of condensate water which is collectedcentralizedly. It not only saves energy, but also solves the problem of condensate waterdischarge.In this thesis, the air-conditioner of which cooling capacity is3500watt and airvolume is600cubic meter per hour is taken as the example. The condensate water flow ofthat is calculated. Some calculation conditions are assumed to simplify calculating. Theconception and calculation of air physical parameters is elaborated before calculating. Thecalculation results show that the theory condensation water flow of single air conditioningis2.35kg/h. The actual flow of condensate water is related to actual operation situation of air-conditioning, indoor and outdoor air parameters, and the use of the rooms.Based on the theoretical calculation, the recycling experiment of condensate water iscarried. The system of the experiment is that all twenty air-conditioners condensate wateris collected and then used to cool the room by fan coil. Condensate water enter the fan coilon their own gravity. Testing the temperature of the experiment and comparison room tocalculate the cooling capacity of recycled condensate water and analyse the energy savingeffect. The results show that it is saved electricity consumption with105kwh per year afterrecycling each20units of air conditioning condensate water. The result of analysispipeline resistance shows that the condensate water on its own gravity can overcome thepipeline resistance.Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Guangzhou four typical cities are selected to represent thenorthern, eastern, western and southern regions respectively. The condensate water of thedifferent city is calculated respectively by outdoor climate condition analysis of differentcity under the same conditions such as the same air conditioning, the same indoorparameters and so on. The analysis about regional applicability of air conditioningcondensate recycling show that energy-saving potential and the use significance about airconditioning condensate recycling of Shanghai (east) and Guangzhou (South) is greater.
