Making a systemic study on a large-sized air-cooling unit condensate polishing treatment with anion exchange resin and profiteer filter element at high temperatures performance of the system, and selecting six representative kinds of anion exchange resin, according to the standard of electric power industry DL/T953-2005, elect three anion exchange resins and put in three cation exchange resin commonly to experiment for heat-resistant in 70℃,75℃and 80℃.Assay a large-sized air-cooling unit condensate polishing treatment with ion exchange resin performance, which includes volume exchange capacity, water content, uniformity coefficient, carburizing grinding ball rate, the rate of alkali groups decrease, maximum regenerative exchange capacity; etc. Meanwhile testing three anion exchange resins extraction in the operation of the high temperature cycle, inspects thermal stability performance of anion exchange resin; selecting the heat-resistant better performance of three anion exchange resin to apply in power plant for determining removal rate of silicon; according to the laboratory finding, a grey synthetic decision-making system with use of an analytic hierarchy process is introduced to evaluate the performance of condensate polishing treatment anion exchange resin from three main aspects, which were resin thermal stability, physical and chemical properties, the on-site application, and the method of selection condensate polishing treatment with anion exchange resin. Besides studying in the heat-resistant of profiteer winding filter element and folded filter element under high temperature, meanwhile determining the content of iron and silicon in water quality condition in condensate polishing processing system of power plant. It compares outcome measure of power plant with analytical result by ICP and draws a calibration coefficient of equipment, and makes an analysis of possible causes of high iron and improves water quality. The result shows that it can provide a reliable operation according for condensate polishing treatment.
