Auto-cascade refrigeration system that use of multiple mixtures as refrigerant is driven by the single-stage compressor. It use the mixed refrigeration different boiling point of each group element, through a series of installation’s heat transfer exchange and mass transfer exchange for gas-liquid separation, then get low-temperature-component liquid so as to achieve with a single-stage compressor reaches a lower evaporation temperature.The work of this title is to design and develop an automatic cascade refrigeration unit, making the temperature of low-temperature freezer control in-80℃.Based on the theoretical calculation and optimal design, it is mainly used experimental method to get further research about temperature range to-80℃auto-cascade refrigeration system, making the refrigeration unit to a long stable and efficient operation through refrigerant-component ratio and separation system optimization, following major element:1. An overview of the development process of the refrigeration industry and domestic and foreign development status, and that point the value in the study and research trends of auto-cascade refrigeration systems used in low temperature refrigeration unit2. To build a self-designed and manufactured low-temperature refrigeration equipment, and through experiments that find the problems of the refrigeration unit and solve the problems.3. Select the appropriate each group element of mixture refrigerant, and carried out thermodynamic calculations, then get the best ratio of each group element, making the running pressure of the refrigerator down to a appropriate range, to ensure the life of the compressor.4. Improving the separation method of the non-isotropic refrigerant mixture Within30days of continuous trouble-free open and stop and reliable operation on experiment to get the good effect of gas-liquid separation, making the separation efficiency achieve to80%or more, the preferred reached a predetermined temperature.This paper based on the experimental, study the performance of the three non-azeotropic refrigeration unit, and drawn the separator temperature and pressure values when the unit down to the optimal temperature. The refrigeration technologies and methods of this unit, the design and selection of the unit components have reference value to the design and manufacture of auto-cascade refrigeration device.
