Auto-cascade refrigeration system that use multiple mixtures as refrigerant is driven by the single-stage compressor. It uses the different boiling points between mixed refrigerant components, through heat transfer, mass transfer by means of a series device of exchange for gas-liquid separation, getting cryogenic liquid components in order to achieve a single-stage compression mechanism for the purpose of low evaporation temperature.This paper is about the auto-cascade refrigeration cryogenic equipment design and installation of an evaporation box. In addition, install an evaporation temperature sensor in the box. By controlling the variables of the throttle valve, capillary, refrigerant ratio, combining with the theoretical calculation, design optimization and mathematical simulation, energy efficiency of the auto-cascade refrigeration equipment ratio reaches the highest value, the refrigeration unit would be capable of long time stable and efficient operation. The main contents are as follows:1. Overviewing the development of the refrigeration industry and the present situation of domestic, foreign development, and pointing out the research value and trend of auto-cascade refrigeration system in the low-temperature refrigeration unit.2. Installing an evaporation tank for the prior auto-cascade refrigeration device, and by experiments to ensure the stable operation of auto-cascade refrigeration equipment after installation of evaporation box.3. Through experiments to find out the primary and secondary factors that had effects on auto-cascade refrigeration equipment energy efficiency ratio, and discuss those various factors on automatic cascade refrigeration energy efficiency ratio respectively.4. Integration of those factors and find out the optimal collocation of energy efficiency ratio, ensure that equipment can work more stable on the conditions. Ultimately determine the various factors affecting the auto-cascade refrigeration device efficiency value。This article based on the experimental point of view, studying the performance of the new design and manufacture of single stage compression refrigeration unit of three kinds of non-azeotropic refrigerants, find out the impact of primary and secondary factors of the equipment energy efficiency ratio according to the experiment results to determine the factors. In addition, ensure each factor of the whole system state value in the refrigeration efficiency optimum, in order to give the guiding significance to improve the energy efficiency of auto-cascade refrigeration equipment...
