Along with the progress of the society, the fossil fuel increasingly exhausted, and the living environment get worsen, the energy problem has become the top problem of modern society. Because of the waves, wind power and solar energy and other new energy has clean, renewable environmental characteristics, their development has attracted more and more attention. Because of the ocean waves occupies71%of the surface of the earth, the development has broad prospects.The project is based on"120kW floating type hydraulic wave power station pilot" project, its purpose is to research and develop a adapt to offshore wave energy equipment, which can accumulate some experience of the marine energy development and utilization.First of all, the article expounded the research status at home and abroad and the trend of development of wave power generation. We also introduced wave power device of the domestic and foreign including the working principle and characteristic, we introduced the application and its lack of a specific description. On this basis,we put forward the research content.Secondly, we introduced the principle of floating type wave power generating device briefly. We also introduced the waters of the sea,which can provide data support for the rest of the structure selection and structural strength calculation.Then, we established the Mathematical model of the wave power device, and through the mathematical formula, we made a simple description about the various parameters on the system.Then, we combined the structure parameters and feature of the floating type wave power device itself, discussed theory method they need in the conventional calculation of the device by sea wave, and ultimately we selected Floyd-Krylov assumption, and introduced the assumption of Floyd-Krylov.On the basis of this, we used the assumption compared the cuboid, cylinder, sphere and combination in specific circumstances.Finally,we selected the final shape of floating body in the energy absorption rate and the stress angle.Then, we discussed the calculation method of floating type wave power device in rough sea conditions. Based on the different boundary conditions, the equations as we selected are Morison equations. For this purpose,we described this equations firstly, and based on the calculation,we calculated the wave load.Finally, we compared the arrangement of the hydraulic cylinder, the different design methods of guide column and guide system, and ultimately determined the every link of the system structure. When we got the floating body load cases, we designed the hydraulic system of the floating type wave power device, and ultimately selected a electricity generator, a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic motor.
