The ocean holds a tremendous amount of untapped energy.It comes in a variety offorms such as marine currents, tidal currents, geothermal vents, and waves,of which waveenergy is the most abundant.The paper first analyzes the research status and existingproblems of wave power technology at home and abroad.Cited the Working principle andcharacteristics of a variety of wave power device.Under the base of Norway’s raft waveenergy conversion device, combined with the principle of wave energy generation.Proposed Propose a new kind of wave power device-the ocean three-buoy wave powerdevice.Secondly,based on micro-wave amplitude theory and potential function of translatorywave.Then,chief characteristic parameters of wave motion are solved,such as velocity,accelerated velocity and moving trace of water particle,pressure and wave energy of wavepower.Froude-Krylov Assumption Methods tress analysis is used to analysis the stress ofCylindrical buoy,the dynamic state mathematic model of the float is established.Determinecylindrical buoy basic geometric parameters. Combining the basic knowledge of wavetheory and wave energy transition,and discuss the relation of geometric shape of float andvirtual mass,water intercepting area,wave force.Resolved the Amplitude total energycapacity of fluctuation system.And then have the20kW ocean three-buoy wave energy generation device structuredesigned,It includes an external energy absorbing mechanical design,internal energyconversion design and hydraulic system.Then have external buoy motion analysis anddesign hinge in order to avoid adverse movement damage to the energy-absorbinginstitutions float arm size determined according to the wavelength size.and establish themathematical model of the input torque and swing angle of the buoy arm.because buoy armswings back and forth is not easy to be used,design direction conversion mechanism inorder to turn positive and negative directions into a single direction of rotation.for improvethe endurance of the power generation unit, and then design the hydraulic system with theinstallation of a large accumulator.Finally, take the use of hydraulic simulation software AMESim have the hydraulicsystem’s energy stability simulated.Appear the problem hydraulic system energy outputcan not be stable in the case of insufficient energy input.This article have the hydraulicsystem improved. In order to it achieve a stable energy output.
