Cement stabilized subbase which has higher bearing capacity,better water stability and frozen stability, the construction is convenient. So is widely used in asphalt pavement.But in the current specifications, evaluation of semi-rigid performance index only compressive strength。In the past the road construction, sometimes because too much emphasis on the strength of the mixture, lead to grassroots appear by other performance shortcomings and damage. Therefore, based on the study of the characteristics of cement stabilized base material and mixing ratio design method on the basis of its road performance, conducted in-depth research, the main research contents and results are as follows:(1) On the basis of current research achievements, with natural aggregate as control group, were measured with the recycled aggregate for apparent density, bulk density, index of crushing, clay content, water absorption, and other basic performance index, expounds the research of cement stabilized recycled aggregate stabilized base course mixture ratio design method and its properties the necessity and realistic significance;.(2) In Binary cementations’system, comparative analysis of the different types of mineral admixture on cement paste viscosity, fluidity of mortars and specific age compressive and flexural strength and other properties, determine the cement stabilized recycled aggregate primary application of cementitious materials in mineral admixtures the optimum mix amount.(3) With a mixture of strength as the basis, at the same time ensure its road performance and engineering economic cost requirements, using the goal-means analysis method, studies the mixture proportion between the elements and the establishment of related function; given the cement stabilized recycled aggregate base course mixture composition design steps.(4) The cement stabilized recycled aggregate primary compaction properties, water stability, dynamic stability and fatigue properties were studied, revealing the recycled aggregate quantity and age on mixture optimum water content, maximum dry density, water stability, freeze-thaw coefficient, freezing stability coefficients of the assessment indicators the influence of anti fatigue performance, and established the regression equation.(5)By using LCA life cycle environment evaluation system, separately from the natural resource consumption, energy factor, greenhouse gas emissions, solid waste, and acid gases from five aspects such as evaluation of the cement stabilized recycled aggregate base course mixture, cement and fly ash stabilized recycled aggregate, two cement stabilized recycled aggregate of three different types of materials on the environment effect of.
