With the rapid development of solar thermal use and heat pump technology, the solar heat pump and hot water technology gradually become a hot spot of research and development in the energy sector, the parallel solar heat pump hot water unit has been widely used in various large and medium-sized hot water project, for its energy-saving, environmental protection, reliable operation characteristics. Currently, control technology of solar assisted heat pump skills is simple logic control, the use of advanced control techniques to ensure that energy-saving and stable heating of the solar heat pump system to maximize is one of the key issues need to be solved. The specific work carried out in this paper are as follows:To analyze the working principle of parallel solar heat pump, under the premise of maximizing the use of solar energy and hot water supply work is completed, propose start and stop judgment of the heat pump unit control strategy; according to the research and analysis of thermal performance of heat pump units and solar radiation distribution model, the heat calculation model of the heat pump unit and the predictive computational model of the solar collector module based on the normal distribution model was established, and optimize the corresponding mathematical model by the method of experimental study of the solar heat pump system, the heat calculation method can be achieved based on single chip control system is deduced.Based on the above heat prediction calculation method and start and stop judgment control strategy, the control system of parallel solar heat pump was designed; according to the design of hardware and software, produce the controller, and conduct the actual operation testing on the parallel solar heat pump installed with the controller, test results show that, the energy-saving control technology becomes further energy conservation than the traditional control method, improves the system energy efficiency.
