The development of the current building template entered the bottleneckperiod.The building template engineering lagged behind has become one of majorweaknesses in the construction industry in China, while it considerably restrict thedevelopment of the local construction industry in China. Therefore, energeticdevelopment of innovative architectural templates has become one of primary targetto improve construction efficiency and reduce operating costs of the constructionindustry.For the deficiencies of the current building template system, and summarizingtheir respective advantages and disadvantages of the existing template, a new buildingtemplate system which is a new type of thin-walled slot steel construction templatewas designed. This building template is connected by two or more groove orrectangular modules each other,which is connected by bolts or plug or threadedfasteners, with which the construction use of various types of beams, columns, wallboard construction template is assembled.Such new channel combined steel formwork system covering civil formworkprocess of corresponding beams, columns, walls, board starting from this four aspects.this thesis introduces the new template ideas, inventions, designs, etc in details andmakes the corresponding theoretical calculation and analysis that include analysis ofinternal force, stability analysis and intensity analysis.Through a novel groove type steel formwork system for concrete columntemplate cast-in-place experiment, the thesis measured the groove steel templatedeformation and strain, and groping summed up a construction technology of novelgroove type steel formwork. After the actual analysis and the concrete appearancedetection removal, the thesis proves the superiority of the new slot type of steelformwork system from the construction and stress performance.(1)constructiontechnology: this combination of steel formwork weight is small, good flexibility,simple construction process, high recycling rates, and it also can be mechanizedproduction and construction, easy to control the quality of construction to improveconstruction efficiency.(2)the force performance: great stiffness, high capacity,excellent overall performance.
