Nowadays, China has entered into a new stage of the rapid development of national economy. With the development of society, foundation construction has developed rapidly, and high-rise structures, towering buildings, long span structures and special structures are conspicuously. All of this has greatly influence our construction techniques and management. The scaffold and bearing framework system are often used in building constructions because they are convenient, versatile and relatively inexpensive. However, the deficiency of design philosophy and the shortage of construction management and stuff quality are the main factors that induce structural failures during the construction phase. Therefore, the study on the safety of scaffold system and bearing framework system during the construction phase is significant and emergent.(1) A load test to a high clearance bearing framework system was completed, and the stress of scaffold column was monitored during the test and the fresh concrete placement phase.Find the stress characteristics of the upright stanchion through analysis of controlling of data collections.(2) Create finite element model with Structure analysis soft ANSYS according to the experiment results. Find the stress characteristics of the upright stanchion through analysis of controlling of data collections through the Simulation of the concrete placement, and explain the experimental data. Finally, afford suggestions to engineering construction.
