Recently,with the development of the domestic electric power system and interlink of areaelectric power system, the scale of electric power system expanding greatly. Thus higher-levelsupervision technologies are required for the on-line monitoring. Aiming at on-ling monitoringof capacitive equipment’s insulation, this paper proposes studies of distributed on-linemonitoring of capacitive equipment’s insulation algorithmic routine of dissipation factor.According to the requirement of on-line monitoring of capacitive equipment, the paper is takingarithmetic of dissipation factor--design of on-line monitoring system--design of systemreliability. As researching object,studying on-line monitoring system of capacitive equipment’sinsulation deeply. Doing lot of work on algorithmic theory of dissipation factor, analyzing onframework of monitoring system, analyzing function of system module monitoring system ofvoltage capacitive equipment’s hardware design, monitoring system of voltage capacitiveequipment software design, monitoring system for voltage capacitive equipment reliabilitydesign. Developing a set monitoring system for high voltage capacitive equipment, which baseon all-phase analyze algorithmic, correlation function algorithmic routine and distributed systemframe in three layer.Firstly,comparing older algorithmic routine and finding out its merits and defects, thenbring forward correlation function algorithmic routine which base on all-phase analyzealgorithmic. Eventually, the paper concluded that correlation function algorithmic routine ismore precise than resonance wave analyzing algorithmic routine to calculate dissipation factor byemulator. And design the Zero magnetic flow tiny electricity sensors.Secondly, the Paper adopting distributed system project of many-MCU and multilayerSeparating whole system into three layer which are frontage wave data collecting device, mastercontrolling device and industrial computer. Expatiating on hardware designing of three layerparticularly, and paper showing hardware frame diagrams of each modules and electro-circuitschematics; Introducing software structure layout and each module’s function, communicationprotocol of field-bus and how to implement all software modules. Also recommend how toprogram by the correlation function algorithmic routine which is base on all-phase analyzing.Finally,analyzing the reason of interferential sources under system working circumstance,and illuminating the reliability of on-line monitoring system for high voltage capacitiveequipment in both hardware and software. Experiment result of system testing-run showing thaton-line monitoring system for high voltage capacitive equipment correlation function correlation function algorithmic routine and distributed system frame in three layer, could satisfy therequirement of on-line monitoring for r high voltage capacitive equipment.
