High voltage capacitive equipment is one of mostly equipment of power system.it can guarantee it to run safely and reliably, it is damned important significance to improve power-system reliability.In order to research and design online monitoring of high voltage capacitive equipment , aiming at the problem of low detecting precision, instability of measured value , larger temperature excursion, low interferential abilityb of resisting electromagnetism, complicated fixing and so on ,according as the theory of FFT spectra analysis;aiming at the lack of wire sensor,designed zero magnetic flow and tiny electricity sensor of Beryllium and Film metal, developped digital monitoring system based on DSP+CPLD, solve effectively the problems of online monitoring of capacitive equipment .the primary work and study as follows:1. Aiming at the feature and request of the medium loss measure, analyzing sundry factors of measure precision; studied the medium loss test Blackman harris arithmetic based on DSP and FFT and the application.2. Developped digital monitoring cell based on DSP+CPLD and high precision in-phase AD,digital monitoring cell on the spot is the innovation in this paper;Designed three layer distributed system structure based on CAN, solved the problem of centralized simulated signal in long-distance transmission.3.Used C++ Builder 6.0 and SQL Server 2000,Based on Microsoft.Net , Adopted XML,AJAX,Web Service and so on to achieve the sysytem . System Adopted B/S architecture, holding supervene link and query of multi-user, on-line monitoring data , browsing history data and spectrogram data. Can operate and manage system if authorization. supporting Internet and XML technique.The developped product of this paper cans online monitoring high capacitive equipment insulation. Performance was steady and reliable. Wish to improve in measurement result, analysis intelligentize and hypervelocity collection of hardware data.
