Weibull distribution is widely used in aeronautic, astronautic and mechanical industry. Weibull is an example in reliability engineering. And reliability growth in the case of weibull distribution is an important part of reliability engineering. However, there is almost no effective method to solve these problems. How to find an effective method become hot spot of study.Generally, it is difficult to find a method to solve lower confidence limits for reliability in the case of weibull distribution. From the viewpoint of statistical computation, we discuss the lower confidence limits for reliability in the case of weibull distribution under the time censoring and the type Ⅰ censoring, the shape parameters is in some finite interval. We extract the shape parameters and then convert the weibull distribution into exponential distribution, the reliability in the case of n times of failure are summarized by using likelihood method and the specific steps of reliability lower confidence limits under the monotone constraints model by fiducial inference are given. By simulation, the result shows that the method is feasible.
