| Due to the non-renewable resources such as oil, coal depletion of rising international oil prices, coupled with urban and rural areas to increase the awareness of environmental protection, more and more people of all ages are fond of this clean, environmentally-friendly and safe means of transport. As a core component of electric bicycles and power source motor has been the production of motor manufacturers and research institutes of the most important research.The study of this topic is a new dual-rotor wheel speed brush DC motor, for the second generation of low-speed motor brush design and development of the shortcomings of the replacement products, and the features is clear:small light-weight, high efficiency and energy saving. The armature of the electric and magnetic field axis is relative to the case of the heart, and is in rotation in a high, low-speed two rotors without stator. The two planetary reducer rotors are linked together and output the power. This motor is high efficient, and has the small size, light weight, good features, and is applied to lightweight, high-end electric bicycles. This study was studied following:(1) Analyze the carbon brush wear mechanism, evaluate the life of carbon brush and analyze the cause sparks about reversing, choose suitable carbon brush, design carbon brush components optimized, and solved the main disadvantage of brush DC motor which has been facing the easy wear brushes, high temperature to embarrassment;(2) Analyze the motor torque and power equations, and EMF equation, choose a suitable permanent magnetic materials, design the winding optimized;(3) In accordance with energy loss theory, analyze the consumption of copper, iron loss and mechanical loss and improve motor efficiency to80%;(4) We have developed prototype motor, which fully meet the design requirerments by testing and performance. |
