| AC asynchronous motors are widely applied in dragging machinery fields,China is not onlyone of the biggest countries producing medium-sized and mini-sized AC asynchronouselectromotors, but also a big consuming country. As the main driving source, the electricitythat AC motors consumed is accounted for more than 60% of the country's total generatingcapacity, meanwhile, more than 80% motors'efficient of our country is about 2 to 3 percentagepoints lower than developed countries. Energy has become the bottleneck of China's sustainableeconomic development. To save energy, protect the environment and enhance economicefficiency, it is a high time to develop and promote the motors with high efficiency and energysaving.To solving the problem of the low efficiency of 3-phase asynchronous motor, we designed anew structure of high-efficiency energy-saving asynchronous motor--dual rotor asynchronousmotor. Firstly, this article will introduce the structure and the basic theory of the asynchronousmotor,and analyze the theoretical characteristics. We use ANSYS software as a basic tool tosimulate the motor models. Several sets of simulation results of the prototype structure providedan important reference for the designation. We will explain the development of the prototypeprocess in details, and also make contrast with common motor by experiment. Experimentalresults show that the efficiency and power factor of dual-rotor asynchronous motor have beengreatly improved, and achieved the expected results.We have got some study achievements on high-efficiency and energy-saving asynchronous motor, but due to test conditions and time, we could not reach the in-depth study, especially onactual theoretical problems, such as research on thickness and intensity of yoke, manufacturingprocess of motor. These issues are pending further study. |
