Along with the development of mobile communication, the coverage of the communication station become more and more wide. The number of communication station become more and more large, energy-saving of the communication station draw our attention. Communication station using central air conditioning remove the heat that diffused by the communication equipment in the past. Its power consumption is quite large. Now communication station using phase air-conditioning units to remove the heat. Compared with the power consumption of central air conditioning unit, the power consumption of the phase air-conditioning units greatly reduce. In order to understand the heat removal efficiency of the phase change air-conditioning units, optimize the airflow organization of the communication station, in this paper commercial CFD software is used to simulate the airflow organization of a certain communication station in ZhuZhou zity.In this paper the cobination research methods of field testing,CFD was adopted. The simplified physical model had been obtained by field testing and survery; the heat transfer coefficient of communication station wall was tested; get the temperature data of ZhuZhou city in2002by resourcing; determined the working conditions by analyzing the influential factors of the analog simulation.This simulation is divided into three parts, the first part is based on the actual situation of the communication station to select the best way of ventilation and heat placement. The second part have adjust air volume,tuyere size based on the simulation result of the first part. The unit is optimized through comparative and analysis on the simulation results.The situation that the heat flux is increased with the increase of the communication equipment was considered in the part three.Simulation1results show that When the supply air temperature is16℃, airflow organization form is up-return down-supply, the location of the source is higher in the left and lower in the right, the airflow organization form is more reasonable, Cooling surface temperature is lower, Heat removal efficiency is higher.Simulation2results show that the optimization of the units can be achieved through reduce the air supply, adjust air diffuser size.Simulation3results show that the units can remove heat when the heat flux is2times...
