With the rapid development of national economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the construction of large-scale and complex engineering projects increases day by day, high-formwork system as the templates support systems has been more and more applied to those projects. In recent years, because high-formwork system has the characteristics of diversity, complexity and high-risk, accidents of high-formwork system occurred frequently, which seriously threatened the construction security of large-scale projects, and attracted extensive attention from all quarters of the society. Therefore, stress analysis on high-formwork system during construction has important theoretical significance and practical value.Firstly, this paper analysed part of collapse accidents of the high-formwork system which happened in recent years in China, summarized the present situation and the results of research work on formwork supporting system at home and abroad, and determined the contents and the technical route of this paper.This paper analysed the mechanical properties of high-formwork system of overweight and oversized deep beams during construction by combining the engineering examples of Yangtze-Crossing Campaign Memorial and Chengdu Blue-Ray Yunding, which based on synthetic research methods such as theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, on-site and real-time monitoring and so on. The stress change of high-formwork system during the construction process of the structure was monitored by adopted advanced monitoring equipment. Mechanical transfer rule of high-formwork system was analysed based on monitoring information. We revised construction plan and ensured construction security of projects by using informatization construction methods.Finally, this paper summarized the procedure of quality and safety control during the construction process of high-formwork system, and provided technical reference for the design, construction, management, acceptance inspection and so on of high-formwork system.Through the research in this paper, we further understood the performance of high-formwork system, and provided reference for the similar projects in future.
