The construction technology of mobile formwork plays an important role in the construction of cast-in-place box girders with spans of 30 m to 60 m.It is widely welcomed in the bridge industry at home and abroad due to its high degree of mechanization,lack of clearance under the bridge,easy control of beam geometry,short construction period,and high economic efficiency.Although mobile formwork has obvious advantages in construction,it is prone to safety accidents during the construction process.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor its construction to ensure its safety.In recent years,BIM technology has been widely applied and developed in the field of bridges in China,but there are few reports on its application in mobile formwork construction.This article relies on the construction of the Shilianghe Bridge on the 350km/h high-speed railway from Chongqing to Qianjiang,utilizing BIM technology and Midas finite element analysis software.Through independent research and development of an information intelligent management platform,research is conducted on the intelligent monitoring and warning method for mobile formwork simply supported beam construction based on BIM technology(1)Based on Revit software,decompose and prefabricate each component family of the mobile formwork,and use auxiliary tools such as elevation and grid to build a BIM model for the construction section of the simple supported beam of the mobile formwork;Using the automatic statistical function of Revit software to complete the preliminary statistical work of engineering quantities and improve work efficiency.After converting the BIM model into a format,it is imported into Navisworks Manage software for interactive use,expanding the application of BIM technology in this article.The roaming function is used to visually arrange the entire process of mobile formwork construction,and the Animator function is used to simulate the actual construction plan,making the construction simple and easy to understand,thus achieving the goal of technical disclosure to relevant personnel and avoiding confusion between construction processes;Use Clash Detective function to analyze and solve the collision problem between steel bars and suspension rods.(2)After consulting a large amount of literature and understanding three monitoring methods,after comparative analysis,the adaptive control method was ultimately selected,and the composition of the mobile mold base safety monitoring system was elaborated.Based on the analysis of the most unfavorable working conditions of mobile formwork construction,Midas Civil software was used to verify the strength and stiffness of the main truss of the mobile formwork after pouring concrete,and the results showed that they all met the requirements of the specifications;Based on the requirements of intelligent monitoring,modeling and analysis were conducted on the mobile formwork under different construction stages.The theoretical values obtained through simulation were compared and analyzed with the measured values collected by various sensors.The results showed that the errors between the two were within a reasonable range,which verified the rationality and correctness of each other.At the same time,it also provided a theoretical basis for whether the construction process is close to the ideal state of design and construction.It is an important part of the overall project cycle construction to ensure the smooth implementation of the movable formwork through holes.By analyzing the most unfavorable working condition of the movable formwork during the longitudinal movement through holes,exploring the risk source of the formwork through holes,a feasible plan for safe through holes has been formulated.Based on the theoretical analysis results,combined with the actual measurement data validation,and in accordance with the principle of ensuring the structural safety in all stages of construction,a three-level early warning threshold is set.The monitoring management platform can automatically identify the safety according to the actual measurement value to achieve the goal of intelligent monitoring.(3)Establish an intelligent management information platform based on Javascript language,classify and organize the aforementioned research results and related materials,and upload them to the platform,forming modules such as "finite element analysis","construction site drawings",and "project related documents".The content and functions of each module are different,and they can be effectively linked to improve the level of informatization and intelligent management on the construction site.When abnormal data occurs in sensor test,the monitoring personnel can quickly lock the hazard by relying on this platform and safety monitoring system,and then take corresponding measures to eliminate hidden dangers,so as to ensure that the construction of mobile formwork is always in a safe state;At the same time,monitoring personnel and management personnel can collaborate on this platform to effectively guide on-site construction,improve on-site information management level,and ensure the construction quality of the beam body.This article applies BIM software to practical engineering applications of mobile mold bases;Efficient monitoring of formwork construction process based on Midas finite element analysis software and monitoring system;Establish an intelligent management information platform and integrate many documents into the cloud after induction,so as to achieve the purpose of integration,sharing and management of construction information.Monitors and managers can rely on this platform and monitoring system to realize the visualization of construction management,the automation of mobile formwork monitoring and early warning,and the intellectualization of on-site hazard elimination,and summarize the intelligent monitoring and early warning method of mobile formwork simple beam construction based on BIM technology.
