To conduct bending anlysis of thin/thick plate with arbitrary via spline finite point method or using spline domains, coordinates transformation are used. In order to increase the accuracy of the result, This paper gives a new spline fundamental function, transfer coordinates by using quadrilateral isoparametric element with eight point. Deduce the deflection formula relate to elastic state of plate’s bending process. The major content of this paper are listed below:1. By using coordinates transformation, coordinates in natural system of coordinates have been transferred into that in Cartesian system. This method had been verified by FEM(finite element method).2. Construct a new spline fundamental function using a method of displacement parameters.3. Based on new spline fundamental function, a spline finite point method of thin and thick plate is given to solve question of bending analysis.4. Based on new spline fundamental function, a spline domain of thin and thick plate is given to solve question of bending analysis.The method given in this paper has the following advantages:1. Be able to deal with questions of both thin and thick plate, from computing result, It is found that this method is free of shear locking problem.2. By using quadrilateral isoparametric element with eight point, coordinates transformation of region with curved boundary now has higher accuracy compared to that with four eight point.3. By using spline function method, the calculation of bending questions relate to thin and thick is with great computational effort.
