China is a populous,vast inland to solve large-scale population movements, and the safest, most efficient, most economical, most environmentally friendly, most reliable mode of transportation is a high-speed rail. In "12th Five-Year", the railway construction has shifted from the Ministry of Railways for the local government-led. In the next few years, Fujian Province, in addition to speed up the construction of a railway construction, also plans to start construction of railway Long Mei, Chang Quan railway, Qu Ning Railway, coastal high-speed rail, coastal cargo specifically, the the Xiu Tu Port Railway Extension in Quanzhou, Gulei Port Spur Line in Zhangzhou. The emergence of high-speed rail is not only to meet the objective needs of residents travel fast, but also for the communication network quality of service lead to higher requirements to become a window to show the quality of wireless network optimization.
