With the improvement of socio-economic development and people’s material living standards, the plant’s lighting system is an important link to the factory interests, control and management of the control light levels indicate the development of an enterprise and the degree of modernization. Factory lighting system, how to save energy, improve lighting energy utilization has become the urgent problems of local governments and enterprises. Therefore, this paper based on the Internet of things on the basis of a set of solutions for plant intelligence lighting system, in order to improve the quality of factory lighting, energy conservation, and enhance the operation and management level.Most of the traditional plant lighting decentralized manual and timed-based timer installed in the street distribution box, according to the predetermined period of time on their own on/turn off the lights, when the control time, only opening and closinglight basis, regardless of weather conditions of any season, averaging only unified moment in the regulations to open, turn off the lights. With the seasons change, the need for manual intervention to adjust the switching time; some landscape lights switch usually is a manual control methods, manual control mode is opened manually by the staff on duty according to the schedule of the light switch, turn off the lights operating. The existing methods can not be both timely adjustment on/turn off the lights of the time, but can not reflect the operation of the lighting facilities, and failure rate, maintenance difficulties. In addition, the traditional street lighting control run, the result of the operation can not concentrate on surveillance, records and statistics to reach the quantitative management requirements.The development of wireless communication technology and wireless products cost-effective improvement of wireless communication technology has been widely applied in the field of monitoring and control. Internet of Things technology and a variety of new sensors, power controller can achieve a street lamp Intelligent Control, to achieve the purpose of energy conservation, to facilitate management, at the same time, the ZigBee technology as an emerging wireless communication technology, with its low power consumption, reliable communication network capacity and other characteristics of the factory lighting provides a more appropriate solution. This paper, the design of the sensor effectively solve the existing problems in the traditional control method based on the Internet of Things technology combined with the streetlight monitoring from human intervention, automated control.From solving the traditional street lights control method is not flexible, management and maintenance difficulties and the practical problems of energy waste of resources starting to design a factory intelligent lighting system based on Internet of Things technology. The system will use the emerging technologies of Things to traditional industries, the actual situation is given in the factory simulation environment to achieve control of the Factory Road area, office area stairwell and elevator area lighting systems, and signal acquisition, circuit design and debugging of wireless communications, lighting drive, and fault detection, intelligent lighting control system of the plant management and monitoring, automatic fault detection and alarm and fault detection circuit, which greatly improves real-time and reliability, reducing labor time and intensity.
