Environmental monitoring device of building is generated by combining intelligent buildingenvironment monitor technology and sensor detection technology. It is a new technology, whichneedn’t to install lots of environment detection devices or temperature sensors and humiditysensors in building, and can detect environment information accurately. In this paper,environmental monitoring device of building is studied and designed. The building environmentmonitor system is constructed as core of environmental monitoring device of building. Overallsoftware and hardware design, development and making are done.This paper includes the following work:Firstly, the building environmental monitor technology is studied, the information fusionprocess and the key technology are analyzed and the information fusion method is introduced.Secondly, the building environmental monitor technology is designed. lots kinds of sensorsare integrated as data collection device.51single chip microcomputer is used as control core tomake detections of the environment information, such as, temperature, humidity, illumination,smoke, ammonia vapor, formaldehyde and CO et al, which can obtain the overall environmentvariation informationThirdly, the network communication layer, which can meet the demand of the intelligentbuilding application, is designed. The layer includes3sub-layers. The interface layer isintegrated in building environment monitor. The relay layer can meet the demand of data transferin intelligent building, the relay layer device realize the communication between the maincontrol device of building environment monitor and property center through wirelesscommunication way. The main control equipment, in main control layer, controls the running ofenvironment monitor in building remotely through wireless according to the order of the PC. Thedata obtained from the multiple relay device, is sent to PC through interface232.Fourthly, the design and develop content of system manage layer software is introduceddetail. The main module of the system is introduced, and the system design process is illustrationthrough ER chart. Combining with the data fusion algorithm, the data adopted throughenvironmental monitoring device of building can be sent to data fusion model to be handled.Then all kinds of environment factors can be considered comprehensively.Finally, the data fusion model is designed, the advantage of rough set and decision tree areanalyzed, and the data discretization of preprocessing is studied. The method of datadiscretization through pedigree clustering is designed, the discretization data is extracted usedrough set method base on compatibility. Then the data can be reduced after delete the redundantattributes and records. The data fusion adopts decision tree method to generate decision rules,and then the multiple sensor data fusion model can be obtained. The work effect of mode can beanalyzed and tested by practical applications.
