With economic development, people’s material standard of living has been greatly improved, while a higher spiritual life demands. The theater is a good place for people to improve the artistic accomplishments and appreciate art, so the indoor environment of the theater is particularly important.In order to ensure good indoor air quality, a good air flow organization is the guarantee.The main tasks of the theater air-conditioning are stage and auditorium, and Stage has the characteristics of space tall, curtain overlap, and lots of heat instability lamps; the audience hall with large area, high ceiling, density, the amount of heat and moisture content are great features. For the above characteristics of the stage and the audience, the problems is that how to selected airflow organization form, and how to assess what kind of air distribution more reasonable. The theater air distribution study methods mainly include:field measurement method, model experiment and numerical simulation. Model experiment and numerical simulation study are used commonly in big space air flow organization study at home. Numerical simulation research on economy and cycle advantage is more obvious, and with the rapid development of computer technology, numerical simulation of the theatre in a personal computer can be realized, the simulation result is reasonable, so this article presents a numerical method to simulate the theater in the air flow organization.This article first elaborated the history of CFD development, and domestic and international achievements, and then described the CFD mathematical theory in detail. This paper selects an opera house in Ji’nan as an example, stage air conditioner using hybrid ventilation (upper send below), stage air inlet arranged between the second screen and the third screen, the area set return air inlet. The audience hall use three ventilation modes, the first is the upper air return, the second is lower part of rear air lower return, the third is lower air supply ceiling air return. This process mainly used to simulate Airpak on five programs to get the temperature field, velocity field, comfort and the air age. The theory is based on fluid mechanics and heat transfer. Three-dimensional numerical simulation of indoor air is based on the mathematical and physical models.Through the three programs the temperature field, velocity field, thermal comfort and air age of comparative analysis, we arrive at the fifth program is the best solution. Because this approach is the use of ventilation commonly used in theater, the simulation results of the actual project have some reference.
