As a type of viewing architecture,the experimental theatre has its typical characteristics,but it has its own unique needs because of its different requirements for performance and economy.It can not get the requirements of the overall comfort only depending on the traditional design method and experience.It needs CFDsimulation,because this method is more rigorous and intuitive.Simulation method is used to assist in the design work and predict the results.This topic first takes the ZHONGJIAN theatre as the research object,and establishes the numerical simulation model.At the same time,the winter and summer working conditions of the theater are tested on the spot,and then the model is used to simulate the numerical calculation with the test data as the boundary condition.By comparing the similarity between the test data and the simulated data,the correctness of the calculation model in the air simulation of the ZHONGJIAN theatre is verified.Secondly,combined with the simulation results of test data and test conditions,the problems and deficiencies in actual operation conditions are analyzed,and reasonable explanations are given.At the same time,through the analysis and arrangement of the test data in summer,the effectiveness and energy saving of the high zone mechanical ventilation system are proved.Through the analysis and arrangement of the winter test data,the time axis law of the human load in the experimental theatre is found,and the particularity of the operation in the winter HVAC system is put forward.Thirdly,the simulation study of the air conditioning of the ZHONGJIAN theatre in summer under the design conditions is carried out.The results show that the windvelocity field is uniform,most of the wind speed is not more than 0.6m/s in the personnel area,and no wind sense is satisfied,but the temperature field distribution shows a serious temperature stratification by simply relying on the air conditioning system for cooling.The temperature of the stage area and the lows of the audience is at 25~26?,while the high area in the auditorium has exceeded 30?,or even as high as 40?.In view of this problem,the mechanical ventilation system of high area is set up,to the heat of high area is forced out.The air conditioning is simulated again according to the operating condition of ventilation.The result shows that the speed field reaches the standard and the temperature of the vast majority of the audience area falls below 28?,and the expected goal can be reached.Fourth,the three different load states of the air conditioning with the heating in winter under the design conditions are simulated.The results show that the wind velocity fields of the three operating conditions are all up to the standard.However,the overall temperature field is high,the maximum load running,the overall temperature is more than 25?.According to the detailed analysis,the air conditioning is closed,and the winter operation is replaced by ventilation and heating condition.The simulation results show that the wind velocity field reaches the standard,and the temperature of the most area can be reduced to 22~ 24?,the expected goal of the whole space is achieved.Finally,the comprehensive conclusions of this series of research are summarized,and the direction of further research in the future is put forward.We hope to provide reference for future engineering design.
