The cooling and vibration attenuation of the high temperature and high pressure pipepenetration piece is one of the very important steps in the research of the vibration attenuationand noise reduction of ship. The pipe penetration piece is the important adjunct of thewatertight division and its characteristic of noise transmission and vibration is the importantfactors influencing the ship-radiated noise.The pipe penetration piece and bulkhead are mostly rigidly connected, so it is very easyto transmit the vibration from the bulkhead, which produce great impacts to the life of theship and the sailor’s physical and psychological health. By combining the temperaturecharacteristic of the high temperature and high pressure pipe penetration piece and adoptingsilicon rubber as the vibration attenuation material, this thesis focus on the research on thevibration attenuation of the pipe penetration piece from the propagation of the vibration.Meanwhile, a set of high temperature and high pressure pipe penetration piece of in type ofwater-cooling jacket will be designed by cooling the pipe penetration piece and vibrationattenuation material by employing the water-cooling jacket.By applying Ansys, a professional structural analysis software, the research firstly getsthe stresses of different components and their displacements in this design by simulating thecooperation between the vibration attenuation device of the pipe penetration piece and othercomponents. The research secondly calculates the temperature and stress of the pipepenetration piece in type of water-cooling jacket, which is premise with the reasonable design.The research finally gets the response of different components under the definite externalexcitation of the structure by conducting the sample harmonic response analysis to thestructure. And then analyze the vibration attenuation effect of the structure by intercepting thenode in the relevant position to get the corresponding displacement, stress, speed andacceleration. By analyzing the results, high pressure pipe penetration piece of in type ofwater-cooling jacket have great effects of vibration attenuation in the bulkhead, which couldbe a valuable reference for the design and installation of the pipe penetration piece.
