| This paper summarized the monitor method of construction technology and constructionprocess, those belong to long-span prestressed concrete transfer beam and high area boxsection steel transfer beam structure in the low area of Beijing Sinopec Building. Tracking theconstruction of transfer beam structure both in low area and the high during the whole process,and monitoring the displacement of transfer floor and the stress and strain of adjacentdiagonal bracing, frame column, transfer beam and beams of each layer, then geting thefollowing conclusions after analysing the monitoring data:(1) The main factors which affect the displacement variety of low area transfer floor arethe tension of prestressed reinforcing steel, the top load of transfer floor and the removing oflower temporary support. The force of bracing is more complex, But the stress value and thestrain value of bracing are in the security range. Frame column is in eccentric compressionstate, its stress value and strain value are smaller, and in the security range too. The change ofstress in control section of prestressed concrete transfer beams and other beams meets thedesign requirements.(2) The stress value of midspan cross-section of high area transfer beam is too large.Must cause the attention of construction. Bracing showed better one-way tensilecharacteristics in the whole construction process, and its strain value is smaller. Compressionof frame column section is relatively uniform, and eccentric degree is lesser. Midspan cross-section strains of each beams of the tenth floor and the above are large difference. Butobviously the upper section stress is pressure stress and the lower section stress is tensilestress, that can ensure its reliability.(3) Monitoring data analysis shows that the method used to monitor the constructionprocess of transfer beam structure in high area and the low is practicable. In this method, thelayout of control points is quite reasonable, it can clearly reflect the changes of stress andstrain of all member in the structure construction process. Then it achieves effective control ofthe construction process to ensure construction quality. |
