| The design and construction of long-span prestressed concrete bridges are high coupling. The construction order and method are relevant to the displacement and internal force status of the finished bridge, so the construction process is complex.In order to ensure the safety of the long-span prestressed concrete bridge structure stress and deformation during the construction process, to make sure the main beam line shape in the bridge that meets the design requirements after the bridge finished, to guarantee structure internal force maximally close to the state design, strict construction monitoring and control is needed in the beam bridge construction.This paper bases on the national road 107 Zhengzhou rebuild project the South-to-North Water Diversion bridge——three-span prestressed concrete bridge as the background. The thesis has the main jobs as follows:1.According to bridge drawings provided by the designing institute, using Midas/Civil finite element software build and simulate the South-to-North Water Diversion bridge whole construction process calculation model, based on the bridge actual material characteristics, consider the site construction errors etc. conditions revise the calculation model, to obtain actual finite element calculation model of the South-to-North Water Diversion bridge.2. Carried on the static structure analysis of the South-to-North Water Diversion bridge, calculation dates shows:the main beam structure section is bear in a certain condition, the stress of the bridge is in the bridge design standard scope, demonstrates the bridge structure stress is safe and reasonable, providing theoretical gist for bridge construction monitoring.3. Established construction monitoring program for the South-to-North Water Diversion bridge, uses the adaptive control method to guide the bridge construction monitoring. Used measure dates to identify and revise the calculation model's parameters, to imitate the actual construction process, in order to guide the South-to-North Water Diversion bridge construction monitoring.4.The entire process of monitoring the South-to-North Water Diversion bridge, making use of monitoring instruments to measure internal force and deformation in the bridge control section during every construction stage, and compare the results of calculation analysis software, comprehensively realize the safety status of bridge, and offer the command of monitoring, guide the bridge safely construct. |
