| As the society is in continuous development, the demand of long-spanstructures becomes greater than before and grid structures which have reasonableload redistribution and graceful shape can supply insurance for the long-spanstructures. Therefore, in the last thirty years, it has been widespread and becomingpopular. Grid structures are usually used in infrastructures such as large conferencecenters, cinema halls, station waiting halls and gymnasiums. Because of the highdensity of population in these buildings, the working situation monitoring duringconstruction and being used, estimate of the safety degree of the buildings anddiagnoses of the building damage state are of great significance. This paper startsfrom the analysis of vibration modes of grid structures and it has done someanalyses and research on the key technologies in the sensor system and damagediagnosis analysis system of the Grid SHM (structural health monitoring). Inaddition, this paper has introduced the importance and necessity of the IOT(Internet of Things) in the application of SHM.This paper, with the help of characteristics of the IOT and developmentdirection of SHM, illustrates the great significance and application of the IOT inSHM. It also demonstrates the significance of building SHM platforms which areon the basis of the IOT and necessity of using wireless sensors in SHM.In order to research the methods of sensors layout optimization for the gridSHM, this paper uses finite element software to model a truss and a plane grid, andtake both of them as analog simulations respectively. Then, it uses modal strainenergy coefficient method to do the optimization calculation for both of theexamples. The optimization results prove the possibility of modal strain energycoefficient method in the field of sensors layout optimization in grid SHM.So as to research the methods of damage diagnoses in Grid SHM, this paperassisted by finite element software models a plane grid to take it as an analogsimulation, and it utilizes modal strain energy method to model the damagediagnosis. Without considering the impact of noisy, using modal strain energymethod can quickly locate the damaged unit. On the other hand, if it is inconsideration of noisy impact, using this method can not simply and quickly locate the damage unit, however, it can ensure some suspected damage elements whichcan provide some help for using other methods to solve the problem. |
