This paper packets the large-span bridge of Baohedadao as project background.The structure analysis method of construction control of Concrete Filled SteelTubular Arch Bridge with Long Span and the technology of construction controland sensitivity analysis of parameters and the stability of construction process hadbeen researched.This paper first reviewed the development and research of theCFST arch bridge, summarized the construction control situation of the CFST archbridge, introduced the construction technology and construction control ofBaohedadao large-span bridge and established the construction control system ofthis bridge which based on the stress and deformation and stability in the wholeprocess of construction.This paper used the Midas/Civil finite element software tomodel, and calculated and analyzed the stress and deformation in the whole processof construction and grasped the effect; The effect of various construction errors tothe bridge is discussed, and the method of parameter sensitivity analysis isintroduced.This paper took the main beam deformation and stress, the ribdeformation and stress and the suspender force as the control objective, andanalyzed the sensitivity of the suspender tension, the material bulk weight, theelastic modulus, temperature and the construction load. This paper also used theinterpolation method to calculate the sensitivity and identify the main parameterand the secondary parameter. The bridge’s stability in different constructionprocess have been analyzed. Studies have shown that the bridge have a big stabilityfactor and buckles mainly in the out-plane direction, so the instability controlmainly in the out-plane direction.Finally, The techniques and methods of theconstruction control has been described. And contrasted the monitoring results tofinite element results, studies have shown that the monitoring program is viable,provide a reference for the same type of bridge’s construction control.
