Direct at the disscussion of cogeneration’s evaluation.Firstly, this text analysethe Sampling precision, compared the reckoning of estimate and accuratecalculation.Find the error between the two method.Then i use the matlab gui to redactthe accounting routine to calculate the Sampling precision.useing this we can easy tocalculate the Sampling precision.secondly, direct at the problem when we detect theboiler efficiency.This text imitate the temperature of boiler and use the date we imateto calculate the boiler efficiency and contrast the result in the actual testing.Find theerror between them. Finally,this text analyse the date in the instrument and theoreticalcalculation and raise some suggestion to data processing.This text’s main researchcontents as follows:1、The result of Sampling precision is under1%, estimate result is0.2%smallerthan precise result,we can ignore the error,so when process the data,we can useSampling precision accounting routine to calculate it directly.2、The actual efficiency is fit to the imitate efficiency.In the later detection,if wemeet some emergency which hinder the detection.we can use analogy method to getthe precise result.3、Contrast the date of instrument and theoretical calculation,the former is lessthan the latter,the error between them is1.23percent.When we process the date,weshould use the date of the smoke we detected to calculate the result,according this wecan get the true excess air coefficient,and avoid the error effectively.
