Distribution scheduling maintenance is the premise which to guarantee the security,reliable and economic of the power grid operation, it’s directly related to the power gridenterprise and the user’s power loss, but also can improve the modernization level and profitefficiency of the enterprises. The appropriate maintenance scheduling can improve systemreliable, reduce power loss and the number of the switch operations, so make the scientificrational and conforms to the current situation of the maintenance scheduling are veryimportant. The maintenance scheduling for distribution optimal problem in the system andin-depth research, in which has obtained some achievements. In this paper, the main work andinnovative results is as follows:(1) In-depth analyzed and researched the literature about the maintenance schedulingoptimization at home and abroad, summarized the optimal model and algorithm, analyzed thedistribution maintenance scheduling optimal problem.(2) Introduced an important weighting factor to overhaul line fault level and establisheddistribution network maintenance time optimization the mathematical model of distributionmaintenance time optimal model in the distribution maintenance scheduling optimal problem.Alone join the factor to the important appraisal standard of maintenance scheduling in thispaper’s simulation analysis.(3) The crowding niche genetic algorithms based on penalty function are utilized tooptimize the problem when solving the distribution maintenance scheduling optimal problem.This paper gives an example to simulate them and analyze these algorithms’ practicability,thesimulation result of basic genetic algorithm, improved genetic algorithm and presentalgorithm in this paper are comprised through the instance emulation and convergence.(4) During the period when the distribution load transferring optimal problem is beingresolved, Out of consideration for distribution from power loss area in overhaul course, lossarea’s network reconfiguration is a discrete, on-linear and multi-constraints combinedoptimization problem. An ant colony algorithm is used to solve this load transferring optimalproblem, the idea of service restoration in the distribution system and ant colony algorithmbanded together during load transferring. The problem of the ant random routingto imitate and the problem of between the colony algorithm search mode andbackward-forward sweep load flow calculation are solved, and its Optimization method isverified by an example.(5) The crowding niche genetic algorithms based on penalty function utilized to optimizethe incipient maintenance scheduling and putting it into the load transferring optimal problem, then the switch combination scheme to reach the best solution after optimized by the antcolony algorithm, to work out the optimizing maintenance scheduling. Finally, in order toverifying validity and correctness of the algorithms, adopting the restoring tree cuttingalgorithm comprised with the ant colony algorithm.(6) The above research results are summarized finally. The further investigativedirection is put forward in the end.
