| Safety and comfort of high-speed passenger trains are the two most important factors. With the development of Chinese high speed railway and passenger dedicated line, more attentions have been paid to these two factors, and the comfort also became one of the most important indicators for evaluating High comfort evaluation of trains also run important indicator of trains operation quality. The international organizationfor standardization and the international union of railways respectively offered the corresponding standards, while our National Standards Council and the Ministry of railways, based on the domestic trains operating situation, also announced the corresponding standards and norms.In order to improve the comfort of trains, and to accumulate data about the train structure, this paper provides a solution proposal concerning the comfort testing device, based on the development of high speed rails and electronic instruments of our nation. Thisproposal is based on MEMS sensor technology, C8051F020collection recording technology, and virtual technology. it provided a set of data collection and treatment, and measured a real-time monitoring of the body vibrating acceleration on the train. This paper measured the performance of the comfort testing device on the basis of data from―the comfort evaluation criteria for passenger railway vehicles vibration‖and―Evaluation criterionof the vibration and shock effects to human‖. It studied both in software and hardware aspects, and tested on the field-collected data. Generally, this proposal has well performedon the data collection, and data recording, therefore, it implemented the analysis of comfort. |
