The solar simulator simulated the real sun radiation property and provided the radiation soure which matching the solar spectrum,irradiance uniformity.stability and radiation intensity and the radiation can be set.It has been widely used in space technology、remoted sensing technology、solar energy industry and building materials industry.Alignment method and test technology is the important guarantee in realizing the technology index of the solar simulator and It can be guide the optical system、mechanical structure design,it is closely related to the development of the solar simulator, they are complementary each other. Through the study of the solar simulator and its important components working principle.this paper summarized the influencement of the key technology of the solar simulator technology index,and proposed a kind of alignment and testing method with strict theoretical basis and strongly operability.Simultaneously.this paper analysed the axis consistency errors of the design tolerance in the optical integrator and projection lens, and used the LightTools software to simulated the influence of the irradiation uniformity of the solar simulator in the different light axis error.it concluded that the inclined offset error is more improtant than the orientation offset error with the real test,and provided theory basis for the design and alignment of the solar simulator.
