Research On The Value Assessment Model And Application Of The Logistics Companies Based On Eva

As the Chinese capital market is gradually maturing，value invest will occupy theleading position in the Chinese capital market in future．So，how to assess the truevalue of the listed companies accurately has become the subject that securities circlepays close attention to and investors most care about． The method ofenterprises’valuation based on Economic Value Added (EVA) has provided a way forus judging and analyzing enterprises’intrinsic value．Economic Value Added (EVA) as a very popular valuation methods in thedeveloped countries，has unique advantages in assessing the enterprises’value.Combining the characteristics of the logistics industry, whether EVA targets moreaccurately reflect China’s logistics company’s value，and how to use the EVAvaluation model to assess China’s logistics company’s value，is the focus of the study．Here I combine the theoretical analysis with case analysis，the quantitativeanalysis with qualitative analysis to introduce EVA and its application on China’slogistics companies． the thesis analyzes the applicability of the current popularvaluation methods on assessing the value of logistics companies，and thinks that thevalue of several common assessment method is not very good assessment of thelogistics company’s enterprise value. On the basis of this theoy, the thesis promotesthe concept of EVA, and introduces the origin, calculation method of EVA and EVAvaluation methods.
