Cold-formed thin-walled steel and concrete composite floor is theimportant level of structure component and vertical bearing structure horizontalbracing. Therefore, the study of composite floor is particularly important. Themain aspects studied in the paper are above:Composite floor’s finite element model is set up and both material andgeometric nonlinearities are taken into account by using program ANSYS.Composite floor’s deflection in the elastic stage and the Navier solution of thetheoretical values are compared to verify the correctness of the finite elementanalysis model under load.Identify a maximum suitable load bearing capacity which applies to cold-formed thin-walled steel and concrete composite floor. Analyze the influencingfactors of the load bearing capacity of composite floor, the results of study showthat the load bearing capacity of composite floor increases when the space andthe span of the steel beam decreased and the thickness of oriented standardboard and steel beam. Remove the curling of the C-shaped steel has little effecton the load bearing capacity of composite floor. Verify the applicability of thecomposite floor in the actual project. Analyze the influence of the steel beam buckling to the load bearingcapacity of composite floor by setting the transverse stiffener, the results ofstudy show that setting the transverse stiffener can improve the steel beambuckling and the load bearing capacity of composite floor, but it can’tcompletely controll beam buckling. Steel beam is not stress failure, but bucklingfailure. The space of cold-formed thin-walled steel and concrete compositefloor’s transverse stiffener should not be greater than400mm.Cold-formed thin-walled box-typed steel and concrete composite floor iscomposed of box-typed steel composition which consists of two C-shaped steelbeam, then calculate the finite element analysis model. The results of studyindicate that the ultimate load bearing capacity of box-typed steel compositefloor is greater than H-shaped steel composite floor, but their difference ofmaximum suitable load bearing capacity is very small. Steel beam is not stressfailure, the oriented standard board of composite floor doesn’t occur a large areaof stress failure, it proves that steel beam buckling has a great effect on thedestruction of composite floor. Concrete board of composite floor at edgebeam’s end may possibly be crushed, we should pay attention to the protectionof concrete board at beam end.
