In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy and society,the promotion of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly green building development has become the benchmark for the development of the construction industry.Therefore,the light steel structure residential system has gradually been affected by people because of its light,fast,good and provincial characteristics.Concerned that the composite floor as an indispensable part of the light steel structural system plays a vital role in the structural stress process.In this paper,the bearing capacity performance of a new type of cold-formed thin-walled steel profiled steel plate-concrete composite floor is experimentally studied and finite element simulation analysis.The main research work is as follows:(1)The structural mode of the combined floor is divided into three parts: the profiled steel plate-concrete composite plate and the cold-formed thin-walled steel truss girder are used as the main structural members of the structure,and the truss beam truss members are established accordingly.The mechanical model is used to analyze the internal force by using the sap2000 software.According to the stress pattern of the string members and the combined plates and the characteristics of the structure,the corresponding calculation formula is given,and the mechanical properties of the fastening joints in the connection of the combined building are analyzed.which performed.(2)Carry out the research on the flexural capacity of the full-scale test piece of the composite floor under the uniform load,and the combination of the floor cover type,the strength of the string bar and the setting of the shear connection.The bearing capacity performance was compared and analyzed,and the relationship between the load-displacement curve and the load-strain curve obtained from the data acquisition of the combined building and the internal force analysis and experimental phenomena was analyzed and compared.(3)Using ABAQUS finite element to establish the simulation model of the corresponding test piece,analyze and compare the failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity and load deflection curve and test results of the finite element calculation,and verify the correctness of the finite element model of the test piece.The effective verification also shows the rationality of the test results.(4)According to the experimental phenomena and data analysis results,the main factors that may affect the bearing capacity of the composite floor are inferred,and the reference model that can better reflect the influence of the factor on the bending resistance of the composite floor is selected,and the truss beam string is analyzed.The ratio of span ratio,chord web thickness ratio,profiled steel plate section form,shear joint form and concrete thickness to the bending resistance of composite floor.
