In order to improve the efficiency and capacity of data processing, the data processingapproaches are investigated in this paper, based on wavelet denosing and principal componentanalysis (PCA), where, the data means steady parameters of the liquid rocket engine testingdata. And the data processing software, integrated with wavelet analysis and PCA, isdeveloped to detect and reconstruct the steady parameters in the liquid rocket engine test.Acquisition and abnormal attribute are discussed, together with instantaneous value ofengine testing data. And the statistical property of steady parameters is also analyzed. Inaddition, the liquid rocket engine testing data are divided into normal and abnormal samples,for the following data processing based on wavelet analysis and PCA.Wavelet analysis method is introduced in the data processing scheme, to solve problemsof steady parameters data denosing. The simulation results show that testing data commissionprecision is satisfied after wavelet denosing. The denosing method is suited and practical inliquid rocket engine test.Considering the abnormal data detection and reconstruction issues in liquid rocketengine test, the feature extraction techniques are used in the data processing based on waveletpacket analysis and PCA. These are verified by the simulation results that abnormal data canbe detected effectively and testing data can be reconstructed accurately. It will have a broadapplication prospects for the efficacious methods in liquid rocket engine test.Finally, data processing software is developed based on wavelet analysis and PCA, toimprove the velocity and automatic property of data processing in liquid rocket engine test.The test results demonstrate that the software is competent enough to realize the denosing,detection and reconstruction processing. The data processing efficiency is significantlyenhanced after employing the software. The research achievements can be applied in the dataprocessing of other type engine test.
