To ramjet complex nonlinear characteristic, this paper based on the existing test data, theapplication of multidimensional linear interpolation method, established a ramjet enginemathematical model, its calculation is short cycle and can accurately reflect the actualperformance of engine. The ramjet engine control system composition and working principleof control system of research, analysis and the establishment of control system of othercomponents of the mathematical model, determines the fuel regulator, a pulse widthmodulator, hardware comparator model, and the control system is directly related to theangular displacement sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor mathematical model, forsystem control parameter optimization and Simulation for flight control.This paper introduces the missile flight phases of fuel regulation law, through theanalysis of selected on cruise control algorithm to control parameter optimization, aiming atthe current controller cruise as used in traditional PID algorithm control law, based on geneticalgorithm PID control parameters optimization of fuzzy PID control, as the initial value, forthe follow-up of the fuzzy PID control realization and lay the foundation, then according todifferent input to the initial parameters for the starting point for their adjustment, therefore,the PID parameter initial value on the control effect is bigger, this paper adopts geneticalgorithm for PID parameters optimization, in order to obtain the appropriate initial value, forthe follow-up of the fuzzy control do the preparatory work. This method overcomes theshortcomings of the traditional method on parameter initial value sensitivity, avoid theselection of initial conditions in inappropriate situations can lead to failure of theshortcomings of optimization.On the current system controller PID parameter analysis, the PID control parameters selftuning requirements, the solution of fuzzy control fuzzy, fuzzy controller and dimensionproportion factor quantification factor a preliminary discussion was made on the staticcharacteristics of the fuzzy controller, and the limit cycle analysis of the phenomenon. Incruise part adopts the fuzzy PID control method, the system design of the fuzzy controller, thefuzzy controller to determine the composition and parameters, a control system computersimulation work, the application of computer language to implement the fuzzy PID controlmethod for engine control system, mathematical simulation.Finally in the ramjet engine control system using fuzzy PID control algorithm for thejoint simulation test, are digital controller with integrated control machine closed loop simulation test, and the whole system closed loop simulation test. The test results show thatthe fuzzy control method is compared with the conventional PID control method can bettermeet the ramjet in cruise control requirements, the system in the speed and accuracy aregreatly improved. Through the high low altitude cruise state and speed cruising control effectof contrast, cruising state Maher number control using fuzzy control algorithm to controleffect was better than that of PID control parameters of the control effect.
