The problem about dynamic response of plate-shell structure subjected to dynamicloading often encountered in the field of engineering.Researching this problem not onlyprovides a theoretical basis for the design of plate-shell structure but also provides a referencefor the security assessment of anti-explosion.The paper which based on the theory ofenergy,study the deformation and damage of plate-shell structure under non-contact airexplosion loading. This paper include the following:Firstly, through the impulse method, the paper measured the role of shock wave on theplate and get the initial kinetic energy which shock wave passed to the plate with the theoryof Momentum.And then get the plastic deformation energy of rigid-plastic plate through theanalysis of plastic deformation process. Finally by the conservation of energy Theorem toestablish the basic equation,the paper get the approximate formula of deformation, andanalyze the factors affecting the deformation and damage.Established an infinite air explosive model and found that in thenumerical model thepeak overpressure is the same with the result of experience formula.This resule proved theaccuracy of the numerical model, the model wehic built by this paper’s method can reflect theactual explosion.Using ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software to established the dynamic loadresponse model of plate-shell structure in non-contact air explosion.The paper shows thematerial definition and equation of state of explosives,steel and air in the model. Throughdealing with numerical simulation results, the paper analysis of the variation of the effectivestress, acceleration and speed in the modle. Compared the theoretical calculation results withthe numerical results and experimental results,the error is reasonable. This theory can explainand prediction the deformation and damge of plate-shell structure subjected to non-contact airexplosion loading correctly.
