Lattice structure,as a new lightweight structure,has been widely used in the field of aerospace,automotive,marine ship due to its excellent performances,such as large specific strength and stiffness,high efficiency of energy absorption as well as noise reduction.Through the mechanical behavior of these structures has received great attention in engineering and academia,to author's knowledge,there are little works about lattice structures subjected to torsional and explosion load,especially aiming on torsional stiffness and anti-blast performance.Therefore,it is vital theoretical significance and practical value for these structures carrying out numerical simulations.In the present paper,it is shown that the dynamic response and deformation mechanism about two of lattice structures under torsion load.Meanwhile,the two kinds of lattice structures are synthetically analyzed.All those provide a valuable reference for application of lattice structure in the field of vessel.Specific works were mainly included as follows:(1)The result obtained through simulating the explosive pressure wave propagation process in air would be compared with the value calculated by empirical formula to verify this method's reliability and accuracy;then,the test results were by comparing the deformation about steel plate under explosion in air,which lays a solid foundation for calculating the dynamic response about lattice structure subjected to explosive load.(2)On the basis of verifying ANSYS's coupling examples,torsion stiffness about lattice structure was identified.The influence of parameter on torsion rigidity would be analyzed in detail and then definitely discussed deformation,stress field and failure condition,which provide theoretical guidance for application of lattice structures.(3)The dynamic response about lattice structure under explosive in air was analyzed using LS-DYNA establishing finite element model about explosive,air and lattice structure.Then,the effect of geometric parameters on plastic deformation,shape mode and failure mechanism was emphatically studied.(4)On the basis of numerical calculation,the corresponding parameters were calculated for plastic deformation and energy absorption,such as pillar type,pillar diameter,pillar tilt angle,panel configuration etc.Those conclusions provide the basis of theoretical calculation for application and optimization of lattice structure in different conditions.
