The construction of Plate Arch Bridges(PABs) had a golden period in the50s and60sof last century, especially for the stone PAB. For most of them are still on service, expiredservice, out date design standard and structural diseases are the most potential hazardnowadays. Meanwhile, overloaded vehicle is relatively a serious issue; most of the trafficdelivery a load exceed ultimate load of the standard requirement, which caused bridgescollapse. High degrees of attention are shown from different social sectors.Simulation of random operation vehicle load by the Monte-Carlo method with existingvehicle model parameters, arch bridge internal forces are calculated under randomoperation vehicle load; Secondly, the results of Sub-health plate arch bridge under staticload are then combined with the characteristic indexes and disease of arch bridge allowlimited value, which is determined the usable carrying capacity of Sub-health plate archbridge; besides, according to a single failure mode of the plate arch bridge under reliableindicators, using analytic hierarchy process to evaluat plate arch bridge structure systemvalue. Finally, the method of Sub-health plate arch operations vehicle load reliabilityanalysis and evaluation will be give out by combining of carrying capacity evaluation,operating vehicle load limited value and structural reliability evaluation, which provide onservicing sub-health plate Arch a safety analysis theoretical basis.
