At present, most of the central air-condition water system isConstant Flow System. However, most of the time in the actual running ispart load running, the Constant Flow System often in the case of largeflow-small temperature difference,resulting in system energyefficiency and the short equipment life.With the increasingly demand for the building energy savingespecially for air conditioning,Variable Primary Flow System researchand application become highly valued. With the progress of invertertechnology, more and more buildings central air conditioning systembegan to ues the inverter technology, and Variable Primary Flow Systemis one of the typical application.For the actual case,Guangzhou TianHe FuDa Cancer Hospital, thecomprehensive utilization of the central air-conditioning invertertechnology for analysis and research. By design—equipmentmanufacturers performance characteristics analysis and selection ofcomputing—testing data, research and analysis of chillers, chilled/cooling water pumps, cooling towers, terminal equipment of the inverteris running, and variable flow characteristics,a reasonable choice ofdevices. Design a Variable Primary Flow Systems and ensure that the systemis running in low flow-large temperature difference measures.Analyze the data to compare with the ordinary constant flow centralair-conditioning system.The results show that: compared to VariablePrimary Flow System with Constant Flow System, The energy efficiency of the system increasedby30.4percent, the annual electricity consumption by29%. Significantenergy saving effect.
